Alexis Good, M.S., SLP/L is a licensed speech-language pathologist with nearly 10 years of experience working with early intervention and school-aged populations. She specializes in treating language disorders, supporting families in acquiring augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems, evaluating speech and language disorders, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive services in the least restrictive environment. Alexis is a dedicated advocate for students and families with disabilities and remains committed to promoting equity and access for all learners.
Originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania, Alexis earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology and Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Stroudsburg University, where she was also a student-athlete.
Throughout her career, she has mentored graduate student clinicians and currently serves as a mentor for new speech therapists in the School District of Philadelphia. Alexis is an active member of the Speech-Language Pathologists’ Initiative for Pennsylvania Schools (SIPS), a grassroots organization devoted to ensuring that Philadelphia public school students have access to high-quality speech and language services.
Outside of her professional life, Alexis enjoys staying active through hot yoga and Pilates at L.O.V.E. Yoga Studio, thrifting and repurposing vintage home décor, and cheering on her favorite Philadelphia sports teams (Go Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, and Flyers!).
