Julia DeVincent is an ASHA certified speech language pathologist. She attended Bloomsburg University where she graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2013, then went to La Salle University where she graduated with her Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2015. Julia has diverse experience with people across the lifespan. Currently, she works in a school district servicing students with speech, language, articulation and fluency impairments. Julia works with a number of students on the Autism Spectrum as well as Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. Additionally, she has experience working with adults who have suffered an acquired language disorder or a decrease in swallowing function where she instructs them to target their cognitive communication skills and treating disorders such as dysphagia, aphasia, voice disorders and dysarthria. In her free time, Julia enjoys traveling, cooking, exercising and spending time with friends and family.
