
Alisa Hayes Alisa holds a master’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from George Washington University. Prior to that, she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Towson University. She is a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania, holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), and is trained in the PROMPT© method. Alisa has over five years of experience providing diagnostic and therapeutic services for children and adults with a variety of speech, language, and pragmatic needs including: articulation disorders, apraxia, myofunctional disorders, language disorders, pragmatic disorders, stuttering, word retrieval difficulties, executive functioning disorders, accent modification, voice disorders, developmental delays, and pervasive developmental disorders/ASD. She previously provided services at a private school in Northern Virginia, where she led social communication classes and groups.
